Hello Roadrunner Families, This is an important message for parents and families. We will be conducting a lockdown drill at school today (August 20th) as part of our regular emergency drill process as required by state law. We know that drills can cause possible concerns for our students, but we believe it’s important for them to know exactly what to do in an emergency and these practice drills enhance their safety. Please join us this WEDNESDAY July 16th for our Christmas in July Family Library Day! Join us from 9 to 1! We will be painting ornaments, reading Christmas stories and more! We Ho Ho hope to see you there!

We hope you can join us for our pirate themed library day tomorrow from 9 to 1! Join us in the library as we dress up like pirates, follow the clues to find the treasure chest and check out some books!

Come join us in the library today to solve the mystery of Packy's missing seashell book, check out up to 10 books per family, and color some Father's Day pictures! We will be here from 9 to 1 today and hope to see you soon! If you want to participate from home here are our suspects and clues to follow soon! Packella is Packy’s stylish friend with a flair for fashion and a love of horses. She’s always reading horse stories, munching on peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, and carrying shopping bags. If there’s a sale at the mall or a pony book on the shelf, Packella is there. Paxter is Packy’s prankster pal. He’s full of jokes, laughter, and the smell of buttery popcorn. He’s always flipping through sports books or dreaming up his next silly stunt. Packy is the kind-hearted library mascot who loves poems, cheese sandwiches, and—of course—seashells! He's been known to get so excited about his discoveries that he forgets where he puts things. Mrs. Barlow is the EME librarian who loves books just as much as she loves shrimp tacos and beach reading. When she’s not in the library, she’s oceanside—book in hand and sunglasses on!
